Post-Show Recap: Salt of the Earth’s Successful Showcase at Beautyworld Middle East 2024

It’s been a week since we wrapped up an unforgettable experience at Beautyworld Middle East 2024 in Dubai, and we’re still buzzing from the incredible connections and inspiration we gained! Representing the UK as part of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) group, Salt of the Earth had the chance to showcase our 100% COSMOS-certified natural deodorants alongside an impressive collection of British beauty brands.

Highlights from Our Stand

From the early morning setup to the last day of the event, it was a whirlwind of activity! There’s a great shot of our MD, Thomas Laird, proudly sporting a high-vis jacket during setup—proving that building a beautiful stand takes hard work and a touch of glamour!

A real highlight on our stand was our newest fragrance, Oud & Bergamot, available in both our refillable roll-on and spray deodorant formats. This unique, luxurious scent was one of the most loved fragrances on display, capturing the interest of countless visitors. With its warm, rich tones, Oud & Bergamot perfectly complements Dubai’s affinity for high-quality, sophisticated fragrances.

Throughout the event, our stand attracted visitors from all over, all curious to learn more about our natural deodorants, which are free from aluminium chlorohydrate, parabens, and other controversial chemicals. It was exciting to share our mission of creating effective, sustainable, and skin-kind deodorants with a global audience. Even Martin Whalley, Executive Director of Trade & Investment at the British Consulate in the UAE, paid our stand a visit! It was a real honour to connect with such influential leaders in the international trade community.

The Beautyworld Middle East Awards – Pure Inspiration

The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the Beautyworld Middle East Awards. The atmosphere was electric, celebrating innovation and excellence across the beauty industry. Witnessing the calibre of brands competing for these prestigious awards inspired us to return next year—not only to showcase but to enter the awards ourselves! The event gave us a renewed sense of purpose, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for Salt of the Earth.

Growing Demand for Natural and Sustainable Beauty in the UAE

Beautyworld Middle East underscored the rising demand for natural and sustainable beauty solutions in the UAE. Consumers here are increasingly looking for eco-friendly, effective products, and our range of natural deodorants offers exactly that: skin-friendly protection using mineral salts and botanical extracts. We’re thrilled to be part of this shift towards conscious beauty choices in the region.

If You Missed Us in Dubai, Catch Us Next Year!

Couldn’t make it to Beautyworld Middle East? Don’t worry! We’re already planning for COSMOPROF Bologna in 2025 and the Natural & Organic Products Europe Show in London. We’re looking forward to continuing our journey, meeting more people, and showcasing Salt of the Earth’s commitment to sustainable and effective natural deodorants.

Thank You for an Unforgettable Beautyworld 2024

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who visited our stand, shared insights, and supported our mission. Being part of the DBT group and representing the UK was a privilege, and we’re inspired to build on the connections we made.
